1. Collecting Information

Non-personally identifiable information
We have the right to collect non-personally identifiable information and observe website traffic and ad patterns and follow use and activity on our Site for the purpose of improving its performance, provided that we do not access your personal account information.
We reserve the right to collect payments through employing third party payment processors. We do not control the collection of information by any third-party payment processor, nor do we store your credit card and/or payment information. Such third-party’s use and storage of information it collects is governed by its applicable terms of service and privacy policies.

We take the following measures and procedures to protect your information while using the Site and the Services:
It is important for you to protect yourself against unauthorized access to your password and to your devices used to access our site. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. For example, ensure that you sign off when you have finished using a shared device.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Information transmitted to our Site and any transmission is at your own risk.
You agree and represent that you are solely responsible for protecting your personal information to access your account, and we (Naseej) shall not be liable under any circumstances for loss of account information or breach of the account by a third party.
3. Disclosing Information
We may employ other companies or individuals to complete some duties on our behalf in order to provide the Services. Therefore, we may disclose some or all of your personal information to enable them to complete their duties. All disclosure pursuant to this paragraph shall be limited to the information required to complete the necessary duty, and use of the information for any other purpose shall be prohibited.
We shall not disclose any of your information to any third party except in the following cases:
a) With prior consent;
b) To provide the Services;
d) In the event of a merger, sale, acquisition or change of ownership or control; and
e) Special circumstances such as compliance with summons, court orders, or a request or order by the administrative power.
In no event will any content in open reviews, ratings or online discussion be private and is treated as public information. We reserve the right to disclose such information in any way and by any means we deem appropriate. We encourage you to review any personal information you chose to disclose publicly, as we are unable to control any use of such information by third parties.
4. Storing Information
a) We store your information in a secure server through Namecheap Hosting Server (“Server”) during the validity of your user account and for a period of 30 days from the date of the account termination.
b) We treat all information stored in the Server as strictly confidential and we guarantee that it is not disclosed to third parties by our employees.
c) If we have reasonable doubts that your information has been compromised, we will try to promptly notify you of the situation.
d) We shall delete all information stored in the Server and any other copies within the deadline provided in paragraph (a) above, or upon receiving a written request from you.
5. Limitation of Liability
Further, you acknowledge that Sellers through our Site can also process your personal information if you are a Buyer or User (for example, Buyer name, contact information, and shipping address) and are therefore considered separate and independent data processors or controllers of Buyers’ personal information. Any unauthorized disclosure by a Seller will be the sole responsibility of such Sellers (for example, if a Seller accidentally discloses a Buyer’s name and email address when fulfilling another Buyer’s order, the Seller, not Naseej, will be responsible for that unauthorized disclosure).
